Each year the NYSCC Suppliers’ Day Committee strives to make the Suppliers’ Day Show more advantageous to both the exhibitors and the attendees. In an effort to assist exhibitors in reaching all the attendees with their new products, the NYSCC Suppliers’ Day Show is proud to include a Suppliers Informational DVD. This DVD will contain company and product information from all participating suppliers. The informative DVD will be available to all attendees at this year’s show. They will be distributed to each attendee when they receive their entry badge.
It is suggested that participating exhibitors include general information about their companies along with highlighted products from this year’s show.
Each participating supplier will be limited to 25MB of data. This data will need to be submitted in either Adobe PDF format or (new for this year) Windows Media Video (.wmv) format. (Most users have Windows Media Player on their computers versus other types of media players such as QuickTime.)
There will be a $50 fee for this service per company. There is no limit to the number of PDF pages or WMV files that each supplier may submit as long as the total size of all of the pages does not exceed 25MB.
All submissions MUST include a contact name and phone number. All questions and submissions are to be emailed to Brian Hom at b.hom@lipochemicals.com. Many email servers will not allow you to send emails larger than 10MB. If that is your case, you may need to send your files in multiple separate emails. Alternatively, you can burn them to a disc and physically mail them to Brian's attention at Lipo Chemicals, 207 19th Avenue, Paterson, NJ 07504. (Please contact Brian before you mail your submission.)
